Garden Kits:

How do you decide what seeds I get?

By matching each kit to the zip code where it will be grown, we can pick seeds that are well-adapted to your micro-region and climate. All our sustainably-sourced seed varieties are hardy, easy to grow and quick to harvest!

When should I plant my seeds?

Each Kit is designed to be planted in the season it was ordered. For best results we recommend planting within 30 days of receiving, unless otherwise noted in the instructions. 


If storing your seeds for longer than 60 days, we recommend refrigerating.

How much sun do my plants need?

We recommend planting in a spot that gets at least 6 hours of direct sunlight a day. If your yard is mostly shaded, consider planting in pots instead so you can move them into the sun as needed!

How do I prepare my soil?

What if I lose my Info Cards?

Just send us an email and we will have a replacement on its way ASAP!

What if you don't have a Kit for my region yet?

We currently ship to these states: NC, SC, VA, WV, GA, CT, DE, MD, NY, NJ, PA, and DC, and design Kits for plant hardiness zones: 6a, 6b, 7a, 7b, 8a.


If your zip code does not match these location requirements then we do not offer Garden Kits to your region, yet. However, if you send us an email we would happy to see if we carry any seed varieties that may be a good fit for you!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept all credit and debit cards through Shopify Payments (Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB), as well as Amazon Pay.

What are my shipping options?

We are currently providing FREE standard shipping on all orders! You can expect your Kit to arrive within 5-7 business days after purchasing. 


If you'd like your Kit to arrive sooner, we also offer 3-4 day priority shipping for $4.99.

How do I know where my package is?

Now you can track your order using the tracking number sent to your email on our new tracking page. If you can't find your tracking number, email us and we'll resend it ASAP!

What if my package is late/missing?

If you didn't receive your Kit within the estimated delivery time, please send us an email and we'll investigate the matter immediately. We guarantee a 100% refund if you don't receive your order. For more info on our Refund Policy, click here.

What if I'm unsatisfied with my order?

All our products come with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your experience, we will refund your complete purchase, or send a new Kit of equal or greater value to try again next season! For more information, please see our refund policy.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

It takes about 7-10 business days for for you to receive your refund, and it will be issued back to the original payment method you selected for the purchase (i.e. Credit/Debit Card or Amazon Pay).
